What is the
Refund Policy for txt.biz from SCUK?
SCUK offer a 30 Day Money back Guarantee. Should you wish to terminate
your txt.biz Account within those 30 days, please send an email to accounts@txt.biz.
There will be a 10% Administration charge of the balance due for refund.
SCUK will confirm the final Refund amount within 2 working days. |

How long is
my contract with txt.biz for ?
txt.biz is committed to meeting the needs of our customers. Depending on
your requirements, the Term of Contract can be for as little as 4 months.

How many KEYWORDS
can an Account have ?
A business Account can have as many KEYWORDS as they would like. With each
new Account a customer is given 1 KEYWORD that is their Organisational
ID Name chosen at time of Puchasing Subscription and 2/3 Additional words
of their choice, depending on availability and subscription choice. See
Purchase KEYWORDS on the MY KEYWORDS tab. |

What happens
when I need more messages ?
Go to the Purchase tab in MESSAGE BANK and enter the amount you wish
to purchase, follow the steps outlined.
To pay by credit or debit card, follow the instructions
and enter your Credid/Debit card details when prompted.
Your account will immediately reflect your new balance.
Should you wish to pay by cheque, follow the steps for
purchasing and print off the generated invoice. Post
this invoice along with a cheque made payable to SCUK
to:
SC:UK, 29 Main Street, Randalstown, ANTRIM, Co. Antrim, BT41 3AB, Northern Ireland.
Your account will be credited within 5 working days of
receipt of signed invoice and cheque. |

What does "txt.biz
is an Opt-in Service" mean ?
All CAMPAIGNS generated by the use of txt.biz must be initiated by the
individual handset user or owner. Therefore, they have "Opted-in" and have
sent the initial text. |

How does the
customer Unsubscribe work?
On every Text sent out on your behalf from txt.biz there will be a 40 character
message allowing the receiving handset to Opt-out of any future messages
for that particular Database KEYWORD group.They will only need to text
the specific Organisation ID to the number given in the text. They will
then be removed from all KEYWORD groups. For SEND MESSAGES to individuals
or groups from the MY CONTACTS address book, the unsubscribe message will
contain the User's work landline number. It is then the responsibility
of the account Administrator to remove them. |

?
A Database is the unique set of customers (mobile numbers) that have "Opted-in" to
your CAMPAIGNS. |

NO. Any and all databases generated by txt.biz accounts are the property
of SCUK and they will be managed in accordance with the Data Protection
Act (http://www.hmso.gov.uk/acts/acts1998/19980029.htm).
Your database will remain archived for a period of 6 months should you
wish to Re-subscribe. |

Text characters are any combination of letters,numbers,punctuation marks,spaces,etc.

How do recipients
know the text came from me ?
Any Text Message you send will have either your Organisational Name, User
Name, User Phone Number or Account Keywords as the Header/Sender on the
recipient's phone. If it is a Long Code number,
the text itself should tell them who it is from. |

They will be able to reply if there is a Long or Short Code at the top
of their screen (Header). They will not be able to reply if there is any

Code ?
A Short Code is a 5-digit number used for Revenue generation on a Premium
Rate SMS (PSMS) service. An example would be something like 80808 or 65556. |

PSMS is a service that allows you to bill customers for the Text sent to
an assigned 5-digit number and generate Revenue for your business by means
of Reverse Billing. These billing tariffs are typically 25p,50p,£1,

What is Reverse
Billing ?
Reverse Billing is when a customer sends a KEYWORD text to a Short Code
(i.e. 80808) and are sent a text back in response. That response is "reverse
billed" to the initial senders mobile account. They can be tariffs of 25p,50p,£1,1.50
etc. The txt.biz customer would then share in the revenues generated by
the selected tariff. |

What are Shared
Long Codes and Short Codes ?
Shared Long and Short Codes are numbers that many businesses can use at
the same time. Because they are very expensive to set up, these shared
codes have a signifcanly lower cost to use. |

?
KEYWORDS are specific words (such as RUGBY,DRINK,TICKETS,etc) that allow
for 2 way messaging to your customers. The customer Opts-in by sending
the KEYWORD to a designated Long Code or Short Code. They are now in your
Database under that KEYWORD. No two customers can share the same KEYWORD
on 1 Long Code or Short Code. (I.e.+447788905555 - can have only 1 customer
