The Citizens Advice Bureau were wanting to run a promotion where people could send in how much they get paid, and the CAB could notify them if they were lower than the minimum wage.

Using Livetext, the newest addition to the txt.biz family, it was possible to see all messages that were being received live on their screen, but also give the administrator the opportunity to reply to each message with a full message history kept throughout.
